Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics Palette
On August 19, 2014 Urban Decay launched the new Naked 2 Basics Palette.
This palette is cooler toned and the pigmentation is excellent, as to be expected from Urban Decay.
The original Naked Basics palette is just as great, it’s just more warm toned.
Surprisingly I find the Naked 2 Basics palette to be even more buttery in texture allowing for beautiful application, extremely blend-able shadows, and rich pigmentation in all the colors.
Six taupe-hued matte neutral colors from left to right
Skimp – The lightest of the shades is a satin nude
Stark – A matte pinky nude
Frisk – A matte warm gray
Cover – A matte red brown
Primal -A matte muted brown
Undone – A matte deep brown
Although the palette is small its also very travel friendly, and a great everyday palette.
All the shadows are full sized. Now thats a Win – Win
Overall this palette is a great piece to have in your makeup collection. Great to carry, great to use on its own or with bold colors. The quality is really impressive and I highly recommend it.
If anyone else has tried this palette please tell me what you think. 🙂
